Guiding Beese Fulmer’s Investment Strategy Since Day One 

Dennis S. Fulmer, CFA, is Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager Emeritus of Beese Fulmer Private Wealth Management. He co-founded the firm in 1980 alongside William Beese after both served as Trust Investment Officers at Harter Bank.

Throughout his career, Dennis played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's investment philosophy and process. As Chief Investment Officer, he was responsible for investment selection within the firm's model portfolios and for establishing strategic asset allocation parameters that guided client portfolios for decades.

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University in 1975 and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University in 1979. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation in 1983.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dennis has been actively involved in numerous community organizations, serving on boards and supporting fundraising initiatives throughout the region. His commitment to clients, colleagues, and the community helped establish the foundation upon which Beese Fulmer continues to build today.
